Creative Agenda
It's not all projects …. I've done many short engagements from 3 hours to 3 days. Workshops with groups of 5 to 150 customers and/or employees using creative processes to stretch thinking, identify opportunities, define potential solutions, and learn new forms of inquiry and problem solving.
Often these short stints give people a taste of a different way of working. I make an effort to describe the reasons for a customer-centred approach that tries to make thinking visible for wide participation and doesn't wait around for high levels of confidence before experimenting.

- Auckland Airport — converting customer insight to desktop scenes depicting alternative futures, service flows, and environments
- Waste Minimisation, Auckland Council — physical modelling, story boarding, and mapping to explore opportunities for behavioural change
- Migrant Action Trust — developing strategy using fore- and back-casting in table top models
